After a terrible experience with the service department of a competitor it was so nice to be treated honestly and to be given the correct information, I.e. No lies! They were quick as promised with the repair of my Takaita air bag and waited less than two hours total. The service rep I dealt with was Jason. A very nice young man. Thank you! In 2012, I ordered a 2012 Dodge Challenger through my salesman John Compston. Being a special order vehicle, I didn't expect invoice. Not only did I get it at invoice, I also got my rebate. Then in 2014, I bought a new 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie. Again, my salesman again was John Compston. The deal was basically done in less than a half hour, but it took the sales manager two days to see it my way. When I strike it rich, John is going to get my business when I buy a new SRT Hellcat Challenger.
I bought my 2012 Jeep Cherokee SRT8 about 1 year ago. I contacted several dealers via various websites. Benchmark was the only dealer willing to give me a quote online. We negotiated a reasonable price by email so I visited the dealership and placed a deposit on the vehicle to reserve it.
